Exactly 50 days time. That's how long my whole second semester was in Sunway. And to be able to write this post out is indeed a blessing from God as what I went through in this 50 days was indeed one of the greatest roller coaster rides in my life. Not to make this post sounds awesome, but this 50 days was an eye opening experience for me. I'll try to tell more in my upcoming posts hopefully but right now for this post, it will all solely be about my life in Sunway with my coursemates.
To start it off, I had 3 subjects for this semester. Communication Skills, Moral and Malaysian Studies. And worse of all, I only had 6 weeks to finish off all these subjects as it was a short semester. While most of my coursemates enjoyed themselves having only one subject, I had to pull up my socks to cope with these 3 subjects.
Let's start off with my Moral studies. I sworn that I'll never do moral after my SPM and seems like karma is chasing after me, I've got no choice but to drag myself to uni every Monday to Wednesday morning at 8am to attend the lectures. Oh and yea, FYI, I've got my Malaysian studies classes at 8am too for Thursday and Friday. This could perfectly explained how dreadful I was every morning last semester.
Back to Moral, this is my group :

Peec Chien, Ying Zhao, Sung Li
My group had only 6 people while all the other groups had an average of 10 people. We had 3 assignments and thank God that we managed to make it through. Not to boast about our achievements, our group poster design for the moral campaign received lots of compliments and of course, with only a day of preparation, we won the debate!=D Not sure if you guys are reading this, but it was really a good time working together and I had lots of fun.

Next. Malaysian studies. Another boring subject. 3 hours of lecture for every session. I bet I wouldn't have managed to go through that 3 hours without my iPhone. Anyhow, we had only an assignment for this subject. We were asked to write a report and do a presentation on the topic '1Malaysia'. Yes, it is just as simple as that. Boring subject with a boring assignment topic. But hey! My group managed to turn a dead topic to a lively one. I won't be sharing what my group had written for the report but I'll show you guys what we had for our presentation. I had 12 people in my group!
Anyhow, this is the video that I made for the opening of my presentation with Tse Young :
And since it's a presentation with a boring topic. So yea, being me, Steven, a guy that never fails to do crazy stuff. I came up with a plan like this :
Yes. We sang at the end of our presentation in Audi7, the biggest lecture hall in Sunway, in front of hundreds of students. As we struggled real hard to hold our nerves, the audiences were greatly surprised by Tse Young and I. We are the one and only group who sang in our presentation. Thank God, we didn't get booed off the stage and in fact, we got great applause from everyone. It was one of the very best feelings I had for a presentation. Will never ever forget that special moment.
Next up. Communication skills. Just the subject name itself made me drool for it. Definitely my favourite subject. I had 3 assignments for this subject. Public speaking for informational speech and persuassive speech. And video assignment.

Teamed up with Luke and Khairul for the speeches. No videos or pictures from our presentations. But when 3 close friends work together in an assignment, we reached great heights.=D
For the video assignment, I teamed up with Yuan Teng and Yaw. And this is the video that we made on how wrong usage of languages can causes problem in communicating with the other person :

I like this video very much but hate the quality of it. Have to start using other video editing programme, Windows Movie Maker can't produce high quality videos.=/
Alright. That was all about the 3 subjects I had last semester. You guys must be wondering what happened to my bunch of close classmates that I mentioned before in my blog. No worries peeps, we are still as close as ever. Definitely even closer. All of us were in the same class again! Though we had trouble in the beginning when we were all separated into different classes, with YingYing and SungLi's efficiency, all of us managed to be back together in the same group. Both of them actually took the fuss to write letters and discuss with the people in office to arrange everything. Thanks a lot Ying2 and SungLi! It was great to be together with everyone in this 7 weeks.
Oops. Forget to mention this. I moved to a new place last semester and I had a house warming party for my friends. Pict from that night :

And of course some of us went to Genting the day after examination and here's a picture of the trip :
All in all, it was really a great semester for me. If and only if I wasn't involved in the accident *Will talk more about it next time*. I enjoyed a lot in the last semester. I had so much fun leading and working with everyone for all the assignments. Moving into a new place, getting to know some new friends, great presentations, all the fun we had when shooting the video, and lots lots more. All these means a lot to me. But life is not always about the sunshine and rainbow, there will be hard times. I had my ups and downs throughout the whole semester. But no matter what, all praise and glory and honour to God for being there with me every moment. My family and my friends, they are the ones that made this 50 days a period etched in my heart forever.
