3 Idiots

Oh great. Finally I'm back doing a movie review on my blog after such a long hiatus. So yea, the movie that I'll be writing about would this Hindi movie called 3 Idiots. By the name of the movie, guess that most of us wouldn't even bother to watch it. I came across this movie through one of my friends praising how good this movie is. Out of curiosity, as a movie lover, I downloaded it a few months back and let it rot inside my laptop till just now when I watched it as I've got nothing to do. To be honest, I do not expect much at first but at the end of the movie, I felt that I learned a lot. The storyline relates to us closely as a uni student. Can check out more on this LINK. Anyway, this movie taught me a lot, things that I've never thought or ask myself before, perhaps I'm just like another idiot in the movie. Things that they did and whatever they went through in uni really got me thinking about myself, reflecting on what I've done and achieve all this while. Besides, this movie could make you laugh out loud at one moment but you might shed tears on the next second. A very meaningful movie which I would recommend you to watch.

This is how I summarised the movie with most of the phrases used in the movie and some of my words as well :

The life that we grow up in,
Life's like a race,
If you don't run fast enough,
Someone will run faster and beat you.

There are many exams in our lives,
From the nursery till university,
But there are also something more important which happens only once in our lives,
We need to know what comes first and which is more important.

You can disagree but deep down in your heart, you know it's true,
When our friends fail or do badly in exams,
We feel sad,
But when our friends do much better than us in exams,
We do feel even more sad,
Thus, life can be slightly selfish at times.

Sometimes, life's full of painful decision,
But no matter what,
We still have to make one,
But whatever decision we make,
Do not look back at it once decision is made.

Whatever you aspire to be,
Make sure you enjoy doing it,
You may earn lots of money,
Big house, big cars,
But do you feel contented?

Last but not least, we live life only once. Live it the way you want it to be. Happiness and satisfaction can't be given, it is earned.
